Black Evening Dress
Can one wear a black dress to an evening wedding?
I'm trying to decide between a fancy brown dress suit and a black fantasy. The Thing is, is the reception going to be partially outside and there will be a little cooler, and I was warm. I thought that the "No to Black Wedding" rule has changed. Sexy ladies wore black dresses to my wedding and I did not give him a second thought. Thoughts? I do not want to offend. Thank you!
I have heaps of weddings where people were born black. I would go with the black suit and wear a non-black top underneath (gray / silver, pink, or a different color) and colorful accessories (scarves, pearls, shoes, or whatever) in order to cheer.
