Is it ok that my 3 year old daughter likes boy cartoons?

Instead of barbie and Dora the Explorer she's into Thomas the Tank and Bob the Builder. Should I guide her towards Barbie and other girl things or just let her be and let her like what ever she likes even if they are geared towards boys?

my 5 year old boy likes angelina ballerina and barbie films, and i dont stop him, he also loves all the typical boy things, i dont think there is anything you could or should do to change this.
