I was wondering if anyone knew how I could sell an collector's item w/o going on E-Bay.?
I have a 1997 Harley Davidson Barbie Doll that is supposed to be worth a few hundred. I have had bad luck with E-bay and no longer want to deal with that. I can't seem to find any places I can take it to but I don't know what I am looking for exactly.. Does anyone have suggestions?
Got to www.barbiecollector.com and look for a Barbie Retailer near you (bottom left side of the page, I think). Then contact that retailer and ask if they have a Secondary Market section - this would be ideal for you, because they would literally value the doll, post a picture of it online, and then if someone wants to buy it, contact you.
